Khmer-American action star, director, producer, and fight choreographer with authentic Hollywood experience and deep martial arts credibility. Self-trained through the influence of Bruce Lee and Donnie Yen, D.Y. Sao has trained across seven disciplines including Khmer Bokator, Chinese Kung Fu, American Kickboxing, and traditional weapons combat.

A Psychology graduate from University of California, Irvine, he represented the United States at the 2003 World Games in Macau, trained as a Shaolin disciple, and connected with martial arts icons including Jet Li and Jackie Chan.
